My friend and colleague Philip Millar, died peacefully on 19th February 2023.
Those who had the privilege to work with Philip over the course of his career in the insurance industry will remember him as a thoroughly decent man who always put his clients first, while also being a supportive, kind and knowledgeable colleague.
After many years fulfilling various senior roles in insurance broking, Philip joined JPIC in 2010 and was material in helping to build the business into the success it is today.
But I will remember Philip for much more than what he achieved in the world of insurance.
I will remember him as my loyal and supportive friend and my confidant. As the funny, gentle and kind man who was always free for a quick chat, who took real delight in our successes and who was always there when times were challenging.
Rest in peace, Philip.
